Inventory and purchasing
A multi-location inventory and purchasing system. It tracks what you have, where it sits, what is on order, what is moving between locations and what has gone out.
Reading the numbers
Manifest turns every receipt, transfer and sale into a trend you can read at a glance. The charts below use example figures to show the kind of view a business gets.

How it works
A small set of ideas covers ordering, moving and selling stock across as many locations as you run.
A location is anywhere stock sits, such as a warehouse, shop or store. A sub-location, like a bar chiller under a main store, has its own stock, transfers and sales.
One shared catalogue with SKU, category, unit, barcode, cost, sell price and a reorder point. Low-stock items show up as alerts. Discontinued products are archived, so their history stays intact.
Purchase orders record what you ordered from each supplier. When stock arrives, you receive it line by line, and short or over deliveries are recorded exactly as they happened.
Stock leaves one location the moment a transfer is created, and it shows as in transit until the destination receives it. In-transit stock is never counted at either end.
Record stock leaving for sales or deliveries using a line-item form or quick Scan and Issue. Stock can never go negative, and short lines are flagged before you submit.
Correct on-hand quantities for a cycle count, damage, loss or theft, with a reason and an optional note.
Every change is a permanent, timestamped event. Stock on hand is always the total of everything that happened, so every number can be traced back to its source.
Team and access
Admins can see every location and every module, including sell prices. Staff are assigned to a location and given access level by module: none, view or edit.
Full access to every location and module, the only role that sees sell prices, and the only role that can change Settings.
Assigned to one location, with access set module by module. Presets such as Sales, Store officer, Warehouse staff and Viewer give a starting point.
A 4-digit PIN stops someone tapping a colleague's name on a shared device. It is a deterrent, so the link itself should only go to your team.
One shared record
Manifest is one shared record per business. Everyone who opens the link sees the same warehouse, stock counts and orders, and every change saves the moment it's made. There is no separate save step.
A second business needs its own copy of Manifest, with its own locations, products, team and history.
Printing and exporting
Print a purchase order, transfer note, dispatch note or any report tab as a clean, branded page. CSV export opens the data as selectable text, ready to copy into a spreadsheet.
Getting started
A new copy opens to an account setup screen with no demo data. Once the steps below are done, the business is ready to place its first purchase order.
